We aim to deliver our operations on a right-first-time basis, with safety, health, and wellbeing being at the heart of our delivery methodology. We look to standardise our work methods through strong process control and train all our people on the standard operating procedures and safe systems of work. We have embedded a delivery framework of 5 Golden rules:
– Effective Planning
– Be fit and ready for work
– Always be fully briefed before starting work
– Report all unsafe events and conditions
– Stop work if anything changes.
We are an approved and compliant organisation which seeks to provide confidence and assurance in all that we do. Our external accreditations include ISO 45001:2018 management system standards. WGM will ensure that we live up to the ethos embedded within those standards and by those set by our clients.
